How can I get a quote?

We will arrange a suitable time to come to your home and provide a customised quote to meet your cleaning needs. This quote should take approximately 15 minutes.

How many cleaners do you send?

Depending on the size of your home and what service you require, we will send 1- 3 cleaners.

Are there any lock in contracts?

There are no lock in contracts with Suburban Maid. You may choose a regular clean on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis or a one off clean as well. We will provide you with a cleaner engagement letter upon commencement.

How long will it take to clean my house?

It depends on the size of your home and which cleaning service you require. A regular clean for a 1-3 bedroom home will usually take up to 1 hour.

Do you offer an Air bnb cleaning service?

Yes we do. Prices vary depending on the length of stays. Our services include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising and cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, all living areas, changing linen, emptying bins, changing bin liners and more.

Do I need to be home during my cleaning service?

No you do not need to be home. During our initial quote, we will go through all of your cleaning requirements so that our cleaners can meet your expectations.

Can I cancel or reshedule my clean?

With Suburban Maid there are no lock in contracts. You can cancel or reschedule your clean. We ask for 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

What payments do you accept?

Bank transfer. Invoices will be sent via email after every cleaning service. We kindly ask that fees are paid within 7 days.

What areas do you service?

Suburban Maid services homes on Sydney's North Shore. We are looking to expand into Central & Inner Metro Areas.

Does suburban maid have insurance?

Yes we do. We hold professional indemnity insurance.
